The NTU Tamil Literary Society (TLS) and the TRC Youth Wing joined forces to host the "Vaniga Vettai 2024," a significant event marking its return after a hiatus of five years. Held on March 2nd, this revitalized gathering aimed to ignite entrepreneurial spirits among the youth and provide them with invaluable insights into the world of commerce. Beyond showcasing business acumen through pitches and presentations, the carnival served as a dynamic platform for fostering innovation, networking with industry experts, and honing essential skills for navigating modern market landscapes.
Participants delved into workshops, interactive sessions, and discussions tailored to enhance their understanding of market dynamics, marketing strategies, and entrepreneurial approaches. The event's focus on creativity, adaptability, and practical learning not only empowered young minds to explore business ventures but also instilled a mindset of resilience and continuous growth. Through "Vaniga Vettai 2024," NTU TLS and TRC Youth Wing aimed to inspire a new wave of business leaders adept at transforming ideas into impactful ventures in today's dynamic and competitive business world.
NTU தமிழ் இலக்கிய மன்றம் மற்றும் தமிழர் பேரவையின் இளையர் பிரிவும் இணைந்து நடத்தும் தொழில்முனைவு நிகழ்வான "வணிக வேட்டை", 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கு பின், ஐந்து ஆண்டு இடைவெளிக்கு பிறகு இவ்வாண்டு மீண்டும் நடைபெற்றது. "வணிக வேட்டை"-யின் கருத்தரங்கு 2024 ஆம் ஆண்டு மார்ச் மாதம் 2 ஆம் தேதி நடைபெற்றது.
இளையர்கள் இளையர்களுக்காக நடத்திய இந்நிகழ்வில், இளைஞர்கள் தங்களது வணிக யோசனைகள் மற்றும் புத்தாக்க திட்டங்களை, நடுவர்கள் மற்றும் தொழில் வல்லுநர்கள் முன்னிலையில் வெளிப்படுத்துவதற்கு வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது. இந்த நேரடி அனுபவத்தின் மூலம் அவர்களால் ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான கருத்துகளையும் பெற முடிந்தது.
"வணிக வேட்டை 2024" இளையர்களின் தொழில் முனைவை அதிகரிப்பதோடு, அவர்களிடத்தில் ஒத்துழைப்பையும் படைப்பாற்றலையும் ஊக்குவிக்கிறது. வளர்ந்து வரும் தொழில் முனைவோர் தங்கள் சிந்தனைகளை நிஜமாக்கி, வணிக துறையில், ஓர் அர்த்தமுள்ள தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்த ஒரு வாய்ப்பாக அமைந்தது.
இளையர் சமூகத்தில், தொழில்முனைவு ஆர்வத்தை வளர்த்து, இளையர்களை தங்கள் தொழில்முனைவு கனவுகளை தொடர்ந்து செயல்படுத்த ஊக்குவித்து, தங்களுக்கான ஓர் ஒளிமயமான எதிர்காலத்தை உருவாக்கி, "வணிக வேட்டை 2024" அதன் வெற்றியை நிலைநாட்டியிருக்கிறது.
"வணிக வேட்டை 2024"-இன் பங்கேற்பாளர்கள், ஒரு பொருளை வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு எவ்வாறு விளம்பரம் செய்வது, மற்றும் தற்பொழுது இருக்கும் தொழில் போட்டியை கடந்து எவ்வாறு தங்கள் பொருளை வெற்றிகரமாக மக்களுக்கு கொண்டு சேர்ப்பது என்றும் கற்றுக்கொண்டனர். மேலும், தங்கள் சிந்தனைகளை எவ்வாறு வருங்கால முதலீட்டாளர்கள் மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களிடம் திறம்பட பகிர்ந்து கொள்வது என்றும் அறிந்தனர்.
